Jennifer Alvarez

I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, a salon owner since 2016, and an educator since 2006. The Redken Exchange in NYC and Vidal Sassoon Academy in London were two incredible educational pieces of training I had the privilege to attend. In addition, I have been honored to study with several celebrity artists and business coaches and continue to be a student for life. As the Leo Passage Award's first recipient, I've won multiple photoshoot hair competitions and scholarships. From traveling the US teaching with haircare companies to being a guest artist at beauty schools and salons, my experience and mentors have inspired my multiple award-winning bridal companies and salons.
